RETURN POLICY

Reflection period and return

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please note: this does not apply to made to measure products and face masks!

 

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package (within the Netherlands), consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Charming Couture with all accessories supplied and in the original new condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@charmingcouture.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

 

Wish to exchange?

Do you wish to exchange your product? Not a problem at all. You can contact info@charmingcouture.nl for this. However, you do bear the costs for returning the product. Please note: this does not apply to made to measure products and face masks!

 

Made to measure products

A number of products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to this. Custom products are also not eligible for exchange. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.

 

Accidentaly entered the wrong delivery address?

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address in the ordering process? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@charmingcouture.nl and we will try to change your delivery address for you. If this can't be changed (anymore), unfortunately the risk is yours.
